Custom Project Deposits:
Once we finalize your design together, I’ll send you a secure Square invoice for a 30% non-refundable deposit. Square also gives you the option to save your card on file. When your item is finished, I’ll send the final invoice (or charge the saved card after confirming with you) before shipping.

A leather pouch for my fishing gear — with a secret pocket for my snacks.
A custom-bound journal cover with my initials stamped in the corner.
A leather shoulder harness for my tools (or my coffee mug — priorities).

What happens next

Reply in 2 days: I’ll respond within two days to confirm options and pricing.
Time estimate: Varies by project, but I’ll give you a realistic window once we agree (no wild guesses—just good leather sense).
Deposit: Once we lock the plan, a 30% non-refundable deposit starts the build.

Production & Policy

Production Time: Most projects ship in about 1 week from purchase. If life—or leather—gets stubborn, I’ll email you with an update.

Non-Refundable Deposits & Payments: Leather can’t be “unstained,” “unstamped,” or “un-stitched.” Once we begin, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. (And no, you can’t return a “vintage” stain either.)
